Well I think most of you are pretty familiar with
the terms, and I don't think you will find ours much
different from anyone elses. We do offer Lifetime Memberships, which means the life of this site only. :)
Absolutely no refunds are given at any time for any reason.
Credits:
You will be required to put one of our members logos somewhere on your website. Your "Memberships" page is fine.
Any member joining after August 03, 2005 will have to purchase a $30.00 licensing fee to use our graphics for embroidery patterns,
cross stitch that you intend to sell.
Tubes:
You may download and use the tubes to create graphics to be used in web sets, signature tags, stationery for personal use
or for profit as long as you add something else to the tubes to make it your own, not just text.
You may "NOT" share them in ANY groups, burn them on a CD to sell or give away,
nor may you put them on a page and offer them for download as is. Any web sets and stationery made from our tubes,
must have our link or logo on it.
You may not alter our tubes in any way. Never chop up our tubes and create new tubes and then call them your own.
You are not allowed to write tutorials on any of our tubes.
Outlines (special rules apply to Doll Outlines and Bases):
You must color in the outline, at that point you can use them on your site and offer for download as a tube in your member's area.
You may also sell them for profit once they are colored as tubes. You can also use them to create sig tags, web sets, stationary or other graphics.
You may "NOT" offer the original outline for download nor may you share it as is!!
You may not alter our outlines in any way. Never chop up our outlines and create new outlines and then call them your own.
You are not allowed to write tutorials on any of our outlines.
Doll Outlines and Bases:
You may"NOT"color in the doll outlines and then claim them as your dolls.
Our original dolls belong to us and they serve as the center piece of our web site.!! Nor can you take the bases and alter them
and claim them as yours.
You may add hair and clothes of your choice, change eye color, make a profit from them once the doll outlines are tubed,
and you are allowed to make sigtags, web sets, stationery or other graphics as long as you give us credit for our dolls. You must put
hair and clothes on our doll bases, you are not allowed to put them in your member's area as is.
Once our doll outlines are colored and tubed with hair, clothes, etc., you may offer them for download in your member's area.
Premades/Linkware must ALWAYS be linked back to www.pixelboutique.org
Web Sets:
You may use the web sets on your personal or commercial pages but you must have a no right click code on the page and you must leave
the credits intact. You must send your url before the web set will be mailed to you. We will"NOT" allow
the use of our work on any website that offers porno or any type of hate or discrimination.
Stationery:
You can share the stationary as you see fit but all credits must be kept intact. You may "NOT" take apart
the stationary and use the graphics in any manner.
You may "NOT"share your member name and password.
Any misuse of our work or non compliance of our terms will result in immediate banning from our
site with NO refund.
